The food is authentic and original, while the owners are fun and sociable.
The owners wanted to elevate the dining experience to have a unique Premium Casual atmosphere to match their friendly and loyal customers.
We designed both the Brand Identity and the Interiors Space to reflect the owners passion for authentic Mexican cuisine, the casual yet sophisticated food preparation and the friendly nature of the owners.
Located in historic Hopewell NJ this room was designed to be a comfortable space to spend Sunday mornings drinking coffee and reading the paper. The room is a blend of traditional architecture with a bold color palate. The space is not completed these are images of the transition.

Identity project for a small batch brewery with more than beer on its' mind. This contemporary style brewery was relocating to a new location and wanted to refresh their overall look with a branding system that spoke to the fact that they serve eclectic small batch beers in a pub setting with an array of unique food offerings as well.
Kitchen/Mudroom Renovation / Shaker style stained cherry cabinets, brushed nickel hardware and light fixtures, stainless appliances, honed black granite countertop. Original brick wall backsplash, neutral porcelain tile flooring, custom built-in breakfast nook.

New Electric Fireplace with Stone Surround, New Furnishings and Custom Window Treatments.
Warm spicy red grasscloth wallpaper surrounds the distinctive Earth tones of this comfortable living room. The deep oversized sectional and accent lighting keep the room relaxed in an enticing way. Natural materials on the walls and fireplace surround combined with hand rubbed brass sconces add drama. Relaxed Roman Shades in a translucent fabric soften the windows, draperies with unique borders of green, spicy red and gold trim add sophistication.

Given the opportunity to apply their identity to the spaces within the stadiums lounge, concessions and viewer boxes, the idea was to brand with presence but to understand the venue and its use of space.

Traditionally styled and updated Master Bedroom En-Suite, Sitting Room, Master Bathroom. Custom designed and built-in fireplace mantels for two new gas fireplaces one in each room. New architectural trim work, re-designed ceiling in sitting room to relate to tray ceiling in bedroom. All new furniture, rugs and window treatments. Bedding, artwork, accessories, glass doors with antique brass hardware, new chandelier and swing arm wall sconces.

New full color bluestone walkway set in concrete. Formal design integrates with the existing homes' traditional detailing.
When UniqConcepts needed a space that was both elegant and modern they chose DesignAnts to help with the identity. Our approach was to create a space that seamlessly blended into the background so that the product was put on a pedestal.
Jodi was provided with a range of design routes, but could not decided on any one direction. She loved the coloration from one design and the logo and type treatment from another. That combination worked well seamlessly and so her new look was created as a team collaboration.

Each Bathroom in this private home in Morristown, NJ begins with natural stone mosaic flooring. Keeping within a neutral palate, each room has distinctive wallpaper unique to each space. Custom cabinetry, architectural details and polished nickel hardware complete the master bathroom space.

A professional photographer and honeybee enthusiast, wanted to take his love of beekeeping which he shares with his partner and turn it into a small business. The beekeeper had scheduled a Fall Festival harvesting event to gather the honey with the support of his friends and a large number of invited guests. It was at this event that he would launch his new brand identity and share it with those in attendance as they help to harvest the honey. We designed the logo to reflect the shared love of both partners for beekeeping. With a changing field of flowers to segment the different flavors of honey. For the scheduled event we created labels for the honey jars and specially hand screened t-shirts to be given out to those attendees.

An upscale boutique with a hometown location rebrands itself to signal change. Never let the grass grow under your feet is easy to say, but actions always speak loader than words. The owner of a pre-existing store front wanted to send a message that things were changing. We worked in partnership with her to develop a new look and brand identity complete, with a rebranding program to match.

A New Jersey contractor and wood craftsman wanted to express his love of fine wood craftsmanship and the hands-on nature of his work. He wanted to have his brand express the true nature of his discipline using images of the tools and the environment of his surroundings.
Rough hewed woodgrain, saws and hammers are used throughout. As well as the handmade nature of the font styles, all help to explain the handmade quality of his craft.

A well known architect had an existing website that was too cumbersome to navigate, and impossible to add new projects. He wanted a simple to navigate as well as simple to update site with drag and drop capabilities, so that he could control the portfolio to his liking. We worked directly with the architect to gather the most relevant images representing his most current work, and also developed simple copy to explain his planning and process. The interface to this website is clean, crisp and simple to update, allowing this client to truly own his website.
